Gym Hours and Class Schedule

Monday - Friday Adult Classes

5:00 - 6:00 AM

6:00 - 7:00 AM

7:15 - 8:15 AM

8:30 - 9:30 AM

5:30 - 6:30 PM

6:30 - 7:30 PM

Saturday Classes

ADULT CROSSFIT: 8:00 - 9:00 AM

COMPETITOR'S TRAINING (ADVANCED CLASS): 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Little Gladiator Classes (ages 5-10ish)

Monday - Friday

3:30 - 4:30 PM


2 classes/wk: $14/wk

3 classes/wk: $19/wk


With the amount of kids we have, we allow you to choose any 3 days M-F to bring your kids to. This helps with class management, safety, and can help to work around various schedules. 


We follow a progression system to take your kids from newbies to fitness pros all while building friendships, fostering teamwork, and having fun!

Gladiator Classes (ages 10ish-17)

Monday - Friday

4:30 - 5:30


3 Classes/wk: $24/wk.

5 Classes/wk: $29/wk.


Our advanced/teen class is the next step for your Little Gladiators. Once they've graduated to this class (based on a combination of competency, maturity, and age), they will be doing workouts with more advanced movements, higher intensity, and preparing them to be the fittest version of themselves they can be, and the most capable physical athletes in their sport.

Yoga

Our yoga mats are available at all times for our members. We use an online program called Pliability that has a new routine every day. Ask a coach or staff for details, or schedule a time to come in.

The Barbell Club

The Barbell Club, as well as any open gym time in the CrossFit space, is available for access at all hours to all of our members with an applicable membership plan.
