Owner of Rigby Strength and Fitness. Fell in love with fitness nearly 9 years ago and has lost over 160 lbs in that time (and counting). BS in public health, L-2 CrossFit Coach, and Pn1 Nutrition Coach. Dave turned his passion for fitness into a business, and ultimately a career.
Josh has an extensive background in the training and coaching space, with over 5 years specifically in CrossFit style training. He is a CF-L1 coach (CrossFit), USAW-L1 (olympic weightlifting), and is currently studying to become a physical therapist.
Meesh has been training CrossFit for over 5 years, and while newer to coaching, she exhibits inherent qualities that belie that fact. Her focus on movement quality and care for her athletes make her a great coach for both new and experienced members. Like all of our coaches, she also has her CF-L1 certificate.
Jamie has a plethora of certifications that include her CFL1, USAW L1, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Spartan SGX and Spartan Obstacle Specialist. She also has been coaching both adults and kids for 3 years.
